Description
Support for multiple signatures
September 2025
iOS
: 3.19.0.959
Users can create multiple signatures and set the default signature that will be added to all outgoing email messages in the following scenarios:
  • When an administrator-defined signature is set and the new policy setting "Allow end user to add and use custom email signatures" is enabled.
  • When an administrator-defined signature is not set and the new policy setting "Allow end user to add and use custom email signatures" is not enabled.
When administrators set a default signature and do not allow users to add signatures, the administrator-defined signature will be the default, and it cannot be changed.
Users can edit and delete the signatures that they have added. When multiple signatures are created, a "None" signature is displayed in the signature list. The "None" signature cannot be viewed, edited, or deleted. When a user deletes the signature that is currently set as the default, the default signature automatically changes to "None".
