- Restart the server.
- In theWindowsServices, stop theBlackBerry UEM – BlackBerry Secure Connect Plusservice.
- As an administrator, startWindows PowerShell(64-bit) or open a command prompt.
- Navigate to<drive>:\Program Files\BlackBerry\UEMSecureConnectPlus\config\blackberry\and RunconfigureRRAS.bat
