Create an Application User
This application user is a logical entity that represents a third-party application that can log into
Cisco
Unified CM IM and Presence. - Log in to theCisco Unified Communications ManagerAdministration console.
- ClickUser Management > Application User.
- ClickAdd New.
- Type a User ID and password and confirm the password.
- In thePermissions Informationsection, clickAdd to Access Control Group.
- In theFind and List Access Control Groupswindow, select theAdmin-3rd Party APIcheckbox.
- ClickAdd Selected.
- ClickCloseand save.
