Grant tenant-wide admin consent to the BlackBerry BRIDGE app

BlackBerry BRIDGE
 uses a new client app identifier and requires admin consent on the app within your
Microsoft
Entra
 tenant to access resources within the
Entra
 portal. If you do not grant admin consent, users might receive an "admin approval is required" message and will be unable to use the app. Verify that users are running
BlackBerry BRIDGE
 version 3.17.2 or later.
  1. Use one of the following methods in the
    Microsoft
     resource Grant tenant-wide admin consent to an application to grant consent:
    • Grant tenant-wide admin consent in Enterprise apps pane
    • Grant admin consent in App registrations pane
  2. Create the URL using the new client identifier to grant the app tenant-wide admin consent. Verify that you use the client ID: 970e35b7-b4de-4e5e-bc1b-db8fed6529c1
