Change the native default browser
You can change the native default browser that will open when you try to view external webpages that are not listed as allowed domains by your administrator, instead of opening in
BlackBerry Access
. By default, the native default browser on the device is Safari
. Your administrator must enable this feature.
If you change the default browser in the device settings, do not select "Access" or "
BlackBerry Access
" as this might result in unexpected behavior.- Open your device settings.
- ClickAccess.
- ClickDefault Browser App.
- Select the browser that you want the webpages to open in.
