stops responding during startup, the next time you log in to the app you can upload log files to help troubleshoot an issue you are having with BlackBerry

- Do one of the following:
- TapShare logsand then tapUpload Logs. The Log upload status bar displays the upload progress.
- TapAdvanced > Reset tabs data. This option deletes all information about tabs from your previous session.
- TapAdvanced > Reset app data and recover. This option erases all saved data such as bookmarks, download history, and cookies.
