Stop a user sync

When a user sync is in progress, you can stop the sync.

  1. In UEM, on the menu bar, click Settings > BlackBerry AtHoc > User sync settings.
  2. On the User sync settings page, click Stop sync:

  3. On the Stop User Sync window, click Continue.
    Requested stop sync in progress is displayed while the stop request is in progress. When the sync is stopped, Sync Failed is displayed in the Last Synced section:
