Synchronize users from UEM to BlackBerry AtHoc using a CSV file

To synchronize users from UEM to BlackBerry AtHoc using a CSV export-import process, complete the following tasks:
  • Export UEM users to a CSV file
  • Map the UEM email addresses to Mapping ID and Username in BlackBerry AtHoc
  • Import UEM users to BlackBerry AtHoc
