Uninstall the
Workspaces
 for
Salesforce
 app

Before you can uninstall the
Workspaces
 for
Salesforce
 app, you must remove the
Workspaces
 component from all
Salesforce
 pages. Uninstalling the app does not remove files from the
Workspaces
 server.
  1. At the top of the
    Salesforce
     page, click
    Setup
    .
  2. On the left navigation menu, in the
    Build
     section, expand
    Customize
    .
  3. For each
    Salesforce
     page that includes the
    Workspaces
     component in its layout, remove the
    Workspaces
     component.
    1. Expand a
      Salesforce
       page that includes the
      Workspaces
       component in its layout.
    2. Click
      Page Layouts
      .
    3. Beside the page layout name that includes the
      Workspaces
       component, click
      Edit
      .
    4. Hover the mouse pointer over the
      Workspaces
       component.
    5. Click
      Remove
      .
    6. Click
      Save
      .
  4. Click
    Setup
     at the top of the
    Salesforce
     page.
  5. In the left navigation menu, in the
    Build
     section, click
    Installed Packages
    .
  6. Beside the
    Workspaces
     app, click
    Uninstall
    .
  7. Select the
    Do not save a copy of this package's data after uninstall
     option. It is a best practice to remove data associated with the application. Files that were uploaded using the app are not removed from the
    Workspaces
     server.
  8. Select
    Yes, I want to uninstall this package and permanently delete all associated components
    .
  9. Click
    Uninstall
    .
    When the
    Workspaces
     component is uninstalled, a confirmation is sent to the email address that is associated with your
    Salesforce
     account. The
    Workspaces
     app is moved to the
    Uninstalled Packages
     section of the page.
