Workspaces
component for a Salesforce
pageYou can configure the
Workspaces
component to
appear on any of the following Salesforce
record pages:- Leads
- Accounts
- Contacts
- Opportunities
- Cases
Salesforce
users must be assigned a profile that uses the appropriate
page layouts and permissions to access one of the preceding types of Salesforce
records.
For more information about the appropriate permissions, see Permissions for Salesforce profiles.- At the top of theSalesforcepage, clickSetup.
- On the left navigation menu, in theBuildsection, expandCustomize.
- Expand any of the following:
- Leads
- Accounts
- Contacts
- Opportunities
- Cases
- ClickPage Layouts.
- Beside the page layout name that you want to include theWorkspacescomponent for, clickEdit.
- In the components list, clickVisualforce Pages.
- Optionally, drag and drop aSectioncomponent to add it to the page layout.
- On theSectioncomponent, clickProperties.
- Type a name for the component. For example,Workspaces.
- Select the1-Columnlayout option.
- ClickOK.
- Drag and drop theWorkspacescomponent to add it to the page layout.
- On theWorkspacescomponent, clickProperties.
- Set the following values:FieldValueWidth (in pixels or %)100%Height (in pixels)560Show scrollbars√
- ClickOK.
- ClickSave.
