Configure the
Workspaces
component for a
Salesforce
page

You can configure the
Workspaces
component to appear on any of the following
Salesforce
record pages:
  • Leads
  • Accounts
  • Contacts
  • Opportunities
  • Cases
Salesforce
users must be assigned a profile that uses the appropriate page layouts and permissions to access one of the preceding types of
Salesforce
records. For more information about the appropriate permissions, see Permissions for Salesforce profiles.
  1. At the top of the
    Salesforce
    page, click
    Setup
    .
  2. On the left navigation menu, in the
    Build
    section, expand
    Customize
    .
  3. Expand any of the following:
    • Leads
    • Accounts
    • Contacts
    • Opportunities
    • Cases
  4. Click
    Page Layouts
    .
  5. Beside the page layout name that you want to include the
    Workspaces
    component for, click
    Edit
    .
  6. In the components list, click
    Visualforce Pages
    .
  7. Optionally, drag and drop a
    Section
    component to add it to the page layout.
    1. On the
      Section
      component, click
      Properties
      .
    2. Type a name for the component. For example,
      Workspaces
      .
    3. Select the
      1-Column
      layout option.
    4. Click
      OK
      .
  8. Drag and drop the
    Workspaces
    component to add it to the page layout.
    1. On the
      Workspaces
      component, click
      Properties
      .
    2. Set the following values:
      Field
      Value
      Width (in pixels or %)
      100%
      Height (in pixels)
      560
      Show scrollbars
    3. Click
      OK
      .
  9. Click
    Save
    .
