Enable the mobile device

Technical Support has set up the correct Notification Delivery Server (NDS) address, you can assign an AtHoc Mobile Gateway to the mobile device.- Log in to theBlackBerry AtHocmanagement system as an administrator.
- In the navigation bar, click
. - On theSettingsscreen, in theDevicessection, clickDevices.
- On theDevicesscreen, clickMobile Appon thePersonal Devicestab.
- On theMobile Appscreen, clickEdit.
- In theDelivery Gatewayssection, clickAdd a Delivery Gateway>Mobile App.
- In theMobile Approw, click
. - By default, the configuration value appears in theConfiguration XMLtext-entry field on theConfigure Gatewaydialog. If the text-entry field is empty, copy the following text into the field:<Configuration> <DeviceType>mobileNotification</DeviceType> </Configuration>
- ClickSubmit.
- ClickSave.
- ClickMore Actions>Enable.
