View collaborations in the Collaboration Manager

All live collaborations appear in the Collaboration Manager in the left pane. Collaborations that have unread messages appear in bold. Collaborations that have been ended are archived and do not appear in the Collaboration Manager.
To view an archived collaboration, see View archived collaborations.
  1. Log in to the
    BlackBerry AtHoc
     management system as a Collaboration Manager, Organization Administrator, or Enterprise Administrator.
  2. In the navigation bar, click
    Collaborate
     >
    Collaborate
    .
  3. On the
    Collaboration
     page, click a collaboration in the left pane to open it in the right pane.
  4. Optionally, in a collaboration, click
    participants
     to view details about the collaboration participants.
    A The Active Participant icon beside a participant name indicates that the participant is a Collaboration Manager and is the administrator for the current collaboration. A The Inactive Collaboration Participant icon beside a participant name indicates that the participant is a Collaboration Manager, but is not the administrator for the current collaboration.
