.Contact your organization’s
Entrust
administrator to obtain:
- the URL of theEntrustMDM Web Service
- the login information for anEntrustadministrator account that you can use to connectBlackBerry UEMto theEntrustsoftware
- theEntrustCA certificate that contains the public key (.der, .pem, or .cert);BlackBerry UEMuses this certificate to establish SSL connections to theEntrustserver
- On the menu bar, clickSettings.
- ClickExternal integration > Certificate authority.
- ClickAdd an Entrust connection.
- In theConnection namefield, type a name for the connection.
- In theURLfield, type the URL of theEntrustMDM Web Service.
- In theUsernamefield, type the username of theEntrustadministrator account.
- In thePasswordfield, type the password of theEntrustadministrator account.
- To upload a CA certificate to allowBlackBerry UEMto establish SSL connections to theEntrustserver, clickBrowse. Navigate to and select the CA certificate.
- To test the connection, clickTest connection.
- ClickSave.
