Renew certificates that are enrolled through the 
BlackBerry Dynamics
 PKI connector

If you need to update user certificates for all 
BlackBerry Dynamics
 users, you can send a command to request certificate renewal to all devices that are assigned the user credential profile.
  1. On the menu bar, click 
    Policies and Profiles
    .
  2. Click 
    Certificates > User credential
    .
  3. Click the name of the profile that you want to change.
  4. Click 
    Refresh PKI capabilities
     to ensure that 
    BlackBerry UEM
     has the most recent details for the PKI connector.
  5. Click 
    Renew
     to command all 
    BlackBerry Dynamics
     enabled devices that are assigned the profile to request certificate renewal.
