Enable users to unlock a
BlackBerry Dynamics
 app using a third-party identity provider

You can enable your users to unlock or restore a
BlackBerry Dynamics
 app using your identity provider, such as
Ping Identity
 or
Okta
.
Verify that you have set up your organization’s third-party identity provider. For more information, see the
BlackBerry Enterprise Identity
 administration content.
  1. In the
    BlackBerry UEM
     management console, navigate to
    Settings > User Roles
    .
  2. Select the
    Lock and unlock BlackBerry Dynamics apps
     option.
