12.50.3520- Importing: You can now use theEntrustsmart credential certificatesUEM Clientto importEntrustsmart credential certificates that may be retired or already expired (for example, to use them to decrypt older email messages that used them fromBlackBerry Work). When upgrading from a previous release, you will need to re-import the certificates using theUEM Client, and also might need to restart the work app, such asBlackBerry Work, to apply the certificates.
- Preventing screenshots in: Administrators can now prevent users from taking screenshots inBlackBerry DynamicsappsBlackBerry Dynamicsapps, including theUEM ClientwithBlackBerry Dynamics SDK12.1. If you try to take a screenshot when this policy rule is assigned, a blank image with the following message is saved instead: "Your organization prevents screenshots being taken within this app."
- Removed support for: Devices runningiOSandiPadOS15iOS15 oriPadOS15 are no longer supported.

This information is displayed in the Managed Device Users grid (Advanced view) and the Device details page.
- Support for multiple SIMs: If a device has more than one SIM (for example, a physical SIM and an eSIM), theBlackBerry UEM Clientnow reports the information for each active SIM on the device to theBlackBerry UEMserver.
- iOS eSIM devices:BlackBerry UEMnow provides an option to preserve the data plan on aniOSeSIM device when you select the Delete all device data command. A pop-up will display, asking if you want to preserve the data plan. By default, this option is not selected. You must select the option to preserve the data plan. The new “Preserve data plan” checkbox is available from both theBlackBerry UEMmanagement console and theBlackBerry UEM Self-Serviceportal.
