BEMS
instance to the Good
Enterprise Services entitlement app to allow users to use the services. You must also add the BEMS
instance to allow users to receive email notifications. If the BEMS
instance is not added to the BlackBerry Work
entitlement app, users receive email messages, but do not receive the notifications when the email messages are received. For more information about configuring your environment to support BlackBerry

, Tasks, and Notes administration content. - On the menu bar, clickPolicies and Profiles.
- ClickNetworks and connections > BlackBerry Dynamics connectivity.
- Click to create a new connectivity profile or click the Default connectivity profile to edit it.
- Complete one of the following tasks:TaskStepsRoute all trafficSelect theRoute all trafficcheckbox to specify whether allBlackBerry Dynamicsapp data is routed through theBlackBerry Proxy. For more information about theBlackBerry Dynamicsconnectivity profile and routing behavior, see "Setting up network connections forBlackBerry Dynamicsapps" in theBlackBerry UEMManaging apps content.Add theBEMSinstance to the Additional servers
- In theAdditional serverssection, click .
- In theServerfield, specify the FQDN of theBlackBerry Enterprise Mobility Server.
- In thePortfield, specify the port for theBlackBerry Enterprise Mobility Server. By default, the port number is 8443.
- In thePrimary BlackBerry Proxy clusterdrop-down list, select the name of theBlackBerry Proxycluster that you want to set as the primary cluster.
- If necessary, in theSecondary BlackBerry Proxy clusterdrop-down list, select the name of theBlackBerry Proxycluster that you want to set as the secondary cluster.
- Add theBEMSinstance to theGoodEnterprise Services entitlement app.
- In theApp serverssection, clickAdd.
- Search for and selectGood Enterprise Services.
- ClickSave.
- In theApp serversforGood Enterprise Services, click .
- In theServerfield, specify the FQDN of theBlackBerry Enterprise Mobility Server.
- In thePortfield, specify the listening port that is used byBEMS. By default, this is port 8443.
- In thePrioritydrop-down list, select the priority of theBlackBerry Proxycluster that must be used to reach the domain.
- If necessary, in theSecondary BlackBerry Proxy clusterdrop-down list, select the name of theBlackBerry Proxycluster that you want to set as the secondary cluster.
- ClickSave.
- Add theBEMSinstance to theBlackBerry Workentitlement app.
- In theApp serverssection, clickAdd.
- Search for and selectBlackBerry Work.
- ClickSave.
- In theApp serversforBlackBerry Work, click .
- In theServerfield, specify the FQDN of theBlackBerry Enterprise Mobility Server.
- In thePortfield, specify the listening port that is used byBEMS. By default, this is port 8443.
- In thePrioritydrop-down list, select the priority of theBlackBerry Proxycluster that must be used to reach the domain.
- If necessary, in theSecondary BlackBerry Proxy clusterdrop-down list, select the name of theBlackBerry Proxycluster that you want to set as the secondary cluster.
- ClickSave.
- To save the updates to the existing profile, clickSave.
- To save the settings and add the new profile, clickAdd.
