Add the certificate friendly name to the 

Presence

 server configuration file

In a text editor, open the 

LyncPresenceProviderService.exe.config

 file. By default, the LyncPresenceProviderService.exe.config file is located in 

<

install path

>\Technology\BlackBerry Enterprise Mobility Server\BlackBerry Presence\

.

Locate the existing entry for 

<add key="RESTRICT_CERT_BY_FRIENDLY_NAME" value=""/>

 and enter the certificate friendly name in the value property. For example: 

<add key="RESTRICT_CERT_BY_FRIENDLY_NAME" value="<

cert_friendly_name

. The key value is case sensitive.

Save your changes.

 service.
