View events from external calendars
You can configure BlackBerry Work so that you can view external calendars which enables you to quickly see all of your scheduled events. Your administrator must enable this feature.
- Tap
> 
> Calendar > General settings > External Calendar Preview. - Turn on theEnableoption.
- To allow the details of events to display in your calendar, turn on theShow Detailsoption.
- Select a color to differentiate events in the shared or external calendars.
- Select the external calendars that you want to synchronize withBlackBerry Work.
- Navigate back to your inbox.
- Tap > Calendar>
> Day.Events from external calendars appear in the BlackBerry Work calendar. - To remove any of the shared and external calendars, tap
and deselect them.
