Manage your signatures

Specify a signature to append to all outgoing email messages. The default setting is "Sent with
BlackBerry Work
." If your administrator specifies a signature for the organization, it takes precedence and cannot be changed. If your administrator has set a signature and allows you to create signatures, the admin defined signature is displayed as "Corporate Default" in the signature list. A signature called "None" is added to the list. The "None" signature cannot be viewed, edited, or deleted. If your administrator has allowed you to create multiple signatures, you can create and set the default signature that will be added to all your outgoing email, you can also select a signature to add when you create, reply, and forward an email.
  1. Tap The Launcher icon.
  2. Tap The settings icon.
  3. In the
    Tools
    section, tap
    Signatures
    .
  4. Complete one of the following:

    Add a signature
    1. Tap The Add icon.
    2. Enter a unique signature name.
    3. Enter the signature that you want to use.
    4. Tap
      Add
      .
    5. Repeat the above steps for each new signature that you want to add.
    Edit a signature
    1. Beside the signature that you want to edit, tap The Next icon.
    2. Make the necessary changes and tap
      Save
      .
    Delete a signature
    When you delete the signature that is set as default, the signature defaults to the "None" signature.
    1. Beside the signature that you want to delete, tap The Next icon.
    2. Tap
      Delete Signature
      .
    3. Tap
      Delete
      .
  5. Select the default signature.
