Occasionally, work email synchronization might stop. The app's spinner continues to rotate without successfully synchronizing users' mail. Email updates might be blocked, and users cannot retrieve new messages. Changes to drafted emails created on a shared mailbox with multi-level classification in BlackBerry Work do not synchronize when edited in Microsoft Outlook
