You can send a file using

Yammer
 or save a file in 
Microsoft OneNote
.
  • Make sure that 
    BlackBerry Enterprise BRIDGE
     is installed and activated.
  • Make sure that either one or all of 
    Microsoft Teams
    , 
    Microsoft OneNote
    , and 
    Yammer
     are installed and activated.
  1. Open the file that you want to send or save.
  2. Tap The More menu icon.
  3. Tap 
    Open in Microsoft Office
    .
  4. Tap 
    Open in...
    .
  5. Perform one of the following actions:

    Share using 
    Microsoft Teams
    1. Tap 
      Teams
      .
    2. Tap on the name of the person who you want to send a file to. 
    3. Type a message in the message box.
    4. Tap the send icon.
    Share using 
    OneNote
    1. Tap 
      OneNote
      .
    2. In the 
      Add a note
       area, type a message.
    3. Tap 
      Send
      . 
    Share using 
    Yammer
    1. Tap 
      Add to Yammer
      .
    2. Type a message in the message box.
    3.  To add the groups or people who you want to send the file to, tap 
      Choose a Group
      .
    4. Tap 
      Post
      .
