Configure 
BlackBerry UEM
 to synchronize with 
Azure
Active Directory

Complete this task only if your environment is using 
BlackBerry UEM Cloud
If your organization uses 
Microsoft Azure
Active Directory
, you can connect it to 
BlackBerry UEM
 to create directory user accounts in 
BlackBerry UEM
 by searching for and importing user data from the company directory. Directory users can use their directory credentials to access 
BlackBerry UEM Self-Service
.
  1. Log in to the Azure portal and go to the app that your organization uses to allow connections to 
    Azure
    Active Directory
    .
  2. Add your 
    BlackBerry UEM Cloud
     tenant URL to the list of 
    Redirect URLs
     for the app and click 
    Save
    .
  3. In the management console, click 
    Settings > External integration > Company directory
    .
  4. Click The Add icon beside 
    Microsoft Azure Active Directory connection
    .
  5. Enter a 
    Directory connection name
     and the 
    Domain
     for your 
    Azure
    Active Directory
    .
  6. Click 
    Continue
    .
  7. Enter the Microsoft user ID and password associated with the app.
  8. Click 
    Accept
    .
  9. Click 
    Save
    .
