Copy and paste text between
BlackBerry Work
 and
Microsoft
 365 files

  1. Complete one of the following tasks:
    Tasks
    Steps
    Copy and paste text from
    BlackBerry Work
     to a
    Microsoft
     365 file.
    1. In
      BlackBerry Work
      , double-tap and hold the text you want to copy. If necessary, move the pins to adjust the selection.
    2. Tap
      Microsoft 365 Copy
      .
    3. Open a
      Microsoft
       365 file for example
      Microsoft Word
      .
    4. Tap and hold where you want to paste the text, and tap
      Paste
      .
    5. If prompted, tap
      Allow Paste
      . Optionally, you can disable this setting in your
      iOS
       settings.
    Copy and paste text from a
    Microsoft
     365 file to
    BlackBerry Work
    .
    1. In a
      Microsoft
       365 file, double-tap and hold the text you want to copy. If necessary, move the pins to adjust the selection.
    2. Tap
      Copy
      .
    3. Open
      BlackBerry Work
      , and compose an email and, tap and hold where you want to paste the text.
    4. Tap
      Microsoft 365 Paste
      .
    5. Tap
      Paste
      .
    6. If prompted, tap
      Allow Paste
      . Optionally, you can disable this setting in your
      iOS
       settings.
