Services	Microsoft Entra ID account with appropriate permissions and required licenses. For more information about account permissions, visit https://support.blackberry.com/community to read article 50341.
Device OS	For device OS compatibility, see the Mobile/Desktop OS and Enterprise Applications Compatibility Matrix
Apps	The following apps and required licenses: Microsoft Office Microsoft Word Microsoft PowerPoint Microsoft Excel Microsoft Teams Microsoft OneNote Microsoft Viva Engage One or more BlackBerry Dynamics apps for example, BlackBerry Work version 2.18 or later and entitlement. Some elements of the features that are are included with this release require an updated BlackBerry Work app. An updated BlackBerry Work app will be released in the near future. For Android devices, make sure that the Microsoft Intune Company Portal app is installed on devices but not activated. For more information, see end-user-mam-apps-android#access-apps.
