Run a manual sync

To perform a synchronization immediately, complete the following steps:

  1. Log in to BlackBerry AtHoc as an Enterprise Administrator or System Administrator.
  2. Click The Settings icon.
  3. On the Settings screen, in the Users section, click Sync User Data from External Systems.
  4. On the External Systems screen, locate your Entra ID configuration.
  5. Click Actions > Sync Data Now.
  6. On the Manual Sync dialog, select the Force a full user base sync option to synchronize all users from Entra ID. By default, manual syncs only update changes that have occurred since the previous sync.
  7. Click Confirm.
