Configure sync notifications

Configure sync notifications to receive updates about the status of user syncs. At least one recipient is required when sync notifications are enabled. By default, the person creating the sync configuration is added as a recipient.

  1. Configure data mapping.
  2. Click the Sync Notification section to expand it.
  3. In the Notification Recipients field, enter one or more email addresses for each operator who should receive notifications about data syncs. Separate each address with a comma (,).
  4. In the Notification Triggers section, select which notifications to receive:
    • Success notifications
    • Failure notifications
    • Partial success notifications
  5. Optionally (if Success notifications is selected), select the Skip success notification when no updates option to display a notification only when a change was made to a user.
  6. Click Save.
