Set up a sync schedule

The user sync runs automatically when the Sync Data option is selected. Users are then updated with the latest available data.

  1. Configure data mapping.
  2. Click the Smart Sync Schedule section to expand it.
  3. Enter a number in the Interval field.
    The minimum sync interval is 3 hours to ensure system performance.
  4. Select Hours or Days from the pull-down list.
    The valid range is 3 to 24 hours or 1 to 30 days.
  5. Click Save.
