Import a sync configuration

To import a new or previously exported configuration, complete the following steps:
  1. Log in to BlackBerry AtHoc as an Enterprise Administrator or System Administrator.
  2. Click The Settings icon.
  3. On the Settings screen, in the Users section, click Sync User Data from External Systems.
  4. On the External Systems screen, click your Entra ID configuration.
  5. On the sync configuration details screen, click More Actions > Import.
  6. On the Import dialog, click Browse and select your configuration JSON file.
  7. Click Import.
  8. On the confirmation dialog, click Confirm.
