Export a sync configuration

To export your configuration for backup or sharing, complete the following steps:
  1. Log in to BlackBerry AtHoc as an Enterprise Administrator or System Administrator.
  2. Click The Settings icon.
  3. On the Settings screen, in the Users section, click Sync User Data from External Systems.
  4. On the External Systems screen, click your Entra ID configuration.
  5. On the sync configuration details screen, click More Actions > Export.
A JSON file downloads automatically to your local computer with the naming convention BlackBerry_AtHoc_{SyncName}ConfigurationExport{date}.json.
