Edit a sync configuration

To modify an existing configuration, complete the following steps:
  1. Log in to BlackBerry AtHoc as an Enterprise Administrator or System Administrator.
  2. Click The Settings icon.
  3. On the Settings screen, in the Users section, click Sync User Data from External Systems.
  4. On the External Systems screen, locate your Entra ID configuration.
  5. Click Actions > Edit.
  6. On the Update dialog that appears, make your changes to the configuration.
    After the initial setup, only the Client Secret can be edited. The Tenant ID and Client ID cannot be changed.
  7. Click Test Connection.
  8. Click Save.
