Enable or disable a sync

To temporarily enable or disable synchronization, complete the following steps:
  1. Log in to BlackBerry AtHoc as an Enterprise Administrator or System Administrator.
  2. Click The Settings icon.
  3. On the Settings screen, in the Users section, click Sync User Data from External Systems.
  4. On the External Systems screen, select your Entra ID configuration.
  5. Click Actions and then select Enable or Disable.
  6. On the confirmation dialog, click Confirm.
