Register for Self Service

Learn how to register for BlackBerry AtHoc Self Service.
  1. Click the Self Service URL

    Click the URL link for BlackBerry® AtHoc® Self Service that was provided to you by your administrator.

    Step 1: Click the Self Service URL
  2. Enter your details

    On the Registration screen, complete all required fields (username and email).

  3. Create a password

  4. Complete reCAPTCHA

    Select the "I'm not a robot" check box.

    Step 4: Complete a captcha
  5. Click Continue

    Your profile page opens in Self Service.

    Step 5: Click Continue
  6. Enter basic information

    On the My Profile page, complete all required fields.

  7. Click Select

    If your system is configured to require an organizational hierarchy selection, click Select beside Organizational Hierarchy.

  8. Select your organizational position

    Select your organizational position and click Apply.

  9. Click Save
    Step 9: Click Save
  10. That's it!

    You have successfully registered for Self Service!

    You are redirected to your Inbox where you can view and respond to alerts and messages from your organization.
