Send a copy of a file

If you have "Full access" permissions for a file, you can send a secure copy of the file to others.
  1. Navigate to a file in a workspace, your Sent files area, or your Received files area.
  2. Tap The menu icon Send a Copy
  3. In the Add recipients section, do one of the following:

This option is enabled by organizational policy. For more information, see Requiring recipient sign in.
  6. Next to the current permissions, tap The right arrow icon and select the access level. For more information, see Available permission sets.
