Share a workspace, folder, or file

Your organization's administrator sets the default sharing permissions, but you can edit them if needed.
  1. Next to the desired workspace or folder, tap > Share Workspace or Share Folder.
  2. In the Share with section, select a share option:

    Users

    Do any of the following:
    • Manually add recipient email addresses: Type the email addresses of the intended recipients.
    • Select contacts from your device's contact list: Tap + and select the contacts that you want to share the file with. Tap Done.
    • Optionally, type a message in the Message box.

    Existing group

    1. In the Select Group field, type a group name or click + and select a group. Only the groups you are permitted to access are displayed.
    2. Do one of the following:
      • Manually add recipient email addresses: In the Add Members To Selected Group field, type the email addresses of the intended recipients. When a user is added to an existing group, they are granted access to all files that the group is permitted to access.
      • Optionally, type a message in the Message box.

    New group

    Type a group name and add group members. Optionally, add a group description.

    Email domain

    Type a domain name.

  3. Optionally, edit the Sharing permissions. Do any of the following:
    • Select a Role to determine user management capabilities within a workspace or folder.
    • Select a Permission set. When done, tap < to go back to the previous screen.
    • Select an Expiration time select the date and time when the file or workspace will no longer be accessible by members.
    • In the Watermark section, toggle the switch to the on position to enable PDF files to display with a watermark.
    • In the Commenting section, toggle the switch to the on position to enable recipients to comment on files and view the comments of other users in the workspace.
  4. Tap Share.
