Description |
|---|---|
|
Email signatures |
Create multiple custom email signatures, set one as your default for outgoing messages, and choose a different signature when composing messages or replies. For more information, see Manage your signatures. |
|
Fonts |
Change the font and color of your message text in the Use Custom Fonts screen in BlackBerry Work Settings. If your administrator has specified a font type and size for the organization, that font and size is used in outgoing email messages. You can override the organization's font policy. For more information, see Change BlackBerry Work for Android settings. |

|
Email classifications |
Email classifications are defined by your administrator. If your administrator requires classifications on all emails, the set classifications take precedence. If your administrator allows it, you can configure default classifications in Settings > Email. Classification options vary by organization. |
|
Mention users in emails |
In the message body, type @ and begin typing the user's name or address, then select the user from the available matches. Users that you mentioned using the @ are automatically added to the To field. |
|
AI-powered writing tools |
If your administrator has enabled Smart Tools, you can apply the writing tools to the entire email or to a highlighted section of your email. Writing tools run entirely on-device. By default, if no text is highlighted, the writing tools apply to all the written text in the email.

Email summarization |
AI-powered email summarization are processed entirely on the users' device using the Google Gemini Nano on-device AI model. To view a concise summary of key points without reading the full thread, tap the Summarize button above the email message.
