Configure data mapping

After creating a connection, map Microsoft Entra ID attributes to BlackBerry AtHoc user fields.

  1. Log in to BlackBerry AtHoc as an Enterprise Administrator or System Administrator.
  2. Click The Settings icon.
  3. On the Settings screen, in the Users section, click Sync User Data from External Systems.
  4. On the External Systems screen, click your Entra ID connection in the list.
The connection details screen opens. Two tabs, User Attributes and Distribution Lists are displayed in the Data Mapping section.
