Map user attributes

In the Data Mapping section of the connection details screen, the Mapping ID and Username user attributes are mandatory and are mapped automatically.

Note: You must map attributes that are the same data type. For example, you cannot map a text box attribute to a number field attribute.
  1. Configure data mapping.
  2. In the Data Mapping section, click the User Attributes tab.
  3. Map the Entra ID Id [id] attribute to the BlackBerry AtHoc External Source Id [EXTERNAL-SOURCE-ID] attribute.
  4. To map additional attributes, click Add Attributes and then select an attribute from the pull-down lists in the Entra ID Attributes column on the left and the corresponding AtHoc Attributes column on the right.
    Tip: Use the search function to find specific attributes by name.
  5. Optionally, click Add All Attributes to map all user attributes.
  6. Optionally, map optional BlackBerry AtHoc attributes such as phone numbers, organizations, devices, and addresses.
