Custom audio tone

You can customize the sounds that play on mobile devices when an alert is received. You can add a custom audio tone for each alert severity level (High, Moderate, Low, Informational and Unknown.) You can add a custom tone at the super enterprise, enterprise, and suborganization level. Up 5 audio files can be assigned. You can assign more than one severity to a single audio file. WAV files up to 1 MB are accepted.
  1. On the Mobile Alert Settings screen, click Customized Content.
  2. On the Customized Content screen, click Custom Audio Tone.
  3. For any severity level, click the pull-down list and click + Add Custom Tone.
  4. On the Add Custom Tone dialog, enter a name for the WAV file.
  5. Optionally, add a description of up to 100 characters.
  6. Click Browse and select an audio file on your local machine.
  7. Optionally, click The Play buttonto test the audio.
  8. Click Save.
  9. Optionally, click The Edit iconor The Delete iconto edit or remove a custom audio tone.
  10. Click Save.
