Adjust Mobile App settings to configure alert responses, scheduled location access, alert audio tones, and home screen information.

You can customize branding and information displayed on the mobile app using the Mobile App settings. Use the Organization logo setting to add your organization's logo to the BlackBerry AtHoc mobile app app home screen, alerts, and settings screens. Use the Home Screen Message setting to display a greeting below your organization's logo when there are no alerts on the home screen. Use the Custom Audio tone settings to upload custom alert tones and assign a tone to each alert severity. Both suborganizations and standalone organizations can use Customized Content settings.

1. In the navigation bar, click .
2. On the Settings screen, in the Mobile App Settings section, configure any of the following settings:
   • Event rules for field reports
   • Scheduled location access
   • Organizaiton logo
   • Home screen message
   • Custom audio tone
   • Contact list

   The Mobile Alert Settings screen opens with the Event Rules tab open. The Event Rules tab displays information about incoming alert types and any alert templates associated with incoming alert types.

When an administrator creates, deletes, or updates the mobile alert settings, it is captured in the operator audit trail. To view these entries in the operator audit trail, click . In the System Settings section, click Operator Audit Trail. Select Mobile Event Rules from the Entity list. Select the Search by Specific Actions(s) option and then select specific actions from the Action(s) list.
