Home screen message

Use the Home Screen message setting to display a greeting on the mobile app home screen that appears below your organization's logo. This message appears only when there are no alerts on the home screen. Both suborganizations and standalone organizations can use the Customized Content settings to provide a personalized welcome message and contact information to mobile app users.

  1. On the Mobile Alert Settings screen, click Customized Content.
  2. On the Customized Content screen, click The Toggle Disabled icon to enable the home screen message.
  3. On the Home Screen Message tab, enter a title of up to 100 characters in the Title field.
  4. Enter a message of up to 300 characters in the Message field.
  5. Optionally, use the style formatting bar to adjust the look of your message.
  6. Optionally, click The Settings Menu iconto insert or remove a hyperlink or image, view the HTML, or clear the formatting for your message.
  7. Click Save.
