Configure BlackBerry AtHoc settings in UEM
Before you begin sending messages using UEM Notifications, you must configure BlackBerry AtHoc settings in the UEM console.
- Log in to the UEM console as an administrator.
- On the left panel select Settings > BlackBerry AtHoc.
- On the BlackBerry AtHoc connection settings screen, enter the BlackBerry AtHoc system URL in the format:
https://<athocserver.domain.com>. - In the Username field, enter the username of the operator that you created in Create an operator.
- In the Password field, enter a password.
- In the Client id field, enter the client ID that you copied in Generate the client ID and client secret.
- In the Client secret field, enter the client secret that you copied in Generate the client ID and client secret.
- In the Organization code field, enter the organization code that you copied in Copy the organization code.
- Click Test connection to verify your settings.
- In the Alert Template field, enter the alert template common name provided by BlackBerry AtHoc during system provisioning. The default alert template for a UEM-enabled organization in BlackBerry AtHoc is "UEM_DEFAULT_MESSAGE." If the default alert template does not exist, create an alert template.
- Click Verify to validate your settings.
- Click Save.
