Create an operator

To perform a user sync between UEM and BlackBerry AtHoc, you must create an operator that has one of the following sets of roles:
  • Alert Publisher and Alert Manager
  • Enterprise Administrator
  • Organization Administrator
  • Advanced Alert Manager and Advanced Alert Publisher
  1. Log in to the BlackBerry AtHoc management system as an administrator.
  2. In the navigation bar, click Users > Users.
  3. On the Users page, click New.
  4. On the New User page, in the Basic Information section, enter a Username, Mapping ID, First Name and Last name.
  5. Click Save.
  6. On the user details page, click Grant Operator Permissions.
  7. On the Operator Permissions page, select the required roles from the Operator Roles pull-down menu.
  8. Click Save.
