Install and activate the Protect Mobile app
Send the following instructions to
- When you receive an email notifying you thatProtect Mobilehas been enabled for your mobile device, click the link in the email to install theProtect Mobileapp on your device from the appropriate app store.
- Open and activate the app using the QR code or activation password that you received in the email message.
- Do the following to enable SMS message scanning:
- In the app, clickView Details > Message scanning > Enable. ClickOK. When prompted, clickAllow.
- If you are using aniOSdevice, go toSettings > Messages > Unknown & Spam. Turn onFilter Unknown Senders. UnderSMS Filtering, turn onProtect.
- If you are using theiMessageapp, enable theSend as SMSoption.
