Create a profile

  1. On the left pane, click
    Profile
    .
  2. On the
    Profile
     pane, click
    Add
    .
  3. On the
    Add Profile
     page, enter a name.
  4. In the
    Platform
     section, select the
    Android Enterprise
     and
    Samsung Knox
     options.
  5. Click
    Save & Set Policy
    .
  6. On the
    Set Policy
     screen, click
    Samsung Knox
    .
  7. On the
    Knox Service Plug-in
     pane, add the license key and turn Debug Mode ON.
  8. Enable device policy controls inside device-wide policies.
  9. Enable key mapping.
  10. Add the package name of the app you want to manage for the XCover and Top keys. Keep reset information as-is.
  11. Click
    Save & Assign
    .
  12. Complete a factory restart on your device.
