Enable or disable steps

When an incident is live, you can enable or disable specific steps within it. Steps in an incident are enabled by default.
You cannot enable or disable Free Text steps.
  1. Log in to the
    BlackBerry AtHoc
    management system as a Plan Manager, Organization Administrator, or Enterprise Administrator.
  2. Click
    Plan
    >
    Incident Manager
    .
  3. Optionally, from the
    All Incidents
    list, select
    Live Incidents
    to filter the list of incidents.
  4. Select the incident that you want to enable or disable the steps for.
  5. Optionally, click Enabled plan step icon or Disabled plan step icon in the step details section.
