View an End User Summary report

If you are an Alert Manager, Advanced Alert Manager, Enterprise Administrator or Organization Administrator, you can view End User Summary reports that display the number of enabled users in your organization.
If you are an Enterprise Administrator logged in to an enterprise organization, the number of enabled users in the enterprise and its suborganizations is displayed. If you are an Enterprise Administrator logged in to a super enterprise organization, the number of enabled users in the super enterprise and its sub enterprises and suborganizations is displayed.
Enabled users are displayed hierarchically by organization for End User Summary reports for enterprise and super enterprise organizations.
  1. In the navigation bar, click
    Reports
     >
    User Summary
    .
    The
    End User Summary
     screen opens, displaying a list of each organization you have permissions to view, the number of enabled users in each system, and the total number of enabled users in all systems.
  2. Optionally, do any of the following:
    • If the report has more than one page, click The Next Page button to go to the next page or The Last Page button to go to the last page.
    • To export the report, click
      Export to the selected format
      , make a selection, then click
      Export
      .
    • To refresh the page , click The Refresh button.
    • To print the list, click The Print button.
