Enable or disable steps
When an incident is live, you can enable or disable specific steps within it. Steps in an incident are enabled by default.
You cannot enable or disable Free Text steps.
- Log in to theBlackBerry AtHocmanagement system as a Plan Manager, Organization Administrator, or Enterprise Administrator.
- ClickPlan>Incident Manager.
- Optionally, from theAll Incidentslist, selectLive Incidentsto filter the list of incidents.
- Select the incident that you want to enable or disable the steps for.
- Optionally, click or in the step details section.
