Enable external events

External Events settings do not appear on the Settings page in the
BlackBerry AtHoc
 management system until the External Events feature is enabled.
  1. Log in to the
    BlackBerry AtHoc
     management system as a System Administrator.
  2. In the navigation bar, click Settings icon.
  3. In the
    System Setup
     section, click
    Feature Enablement
    .
  4. On the
    Feature Enablement
     screen, click
    IsExternalEventSupported
    .
  5. On the
    Edit Feature Enablement
     dialog, select
    True
     from the
    Enabled
     pull-down menu.
  6. Click
    Save
    .
