If your organization is running UEM on-premises version 12.21 or earlier, see KB 141054 for more information about a known issue that impacts BlackBerry Secure Connect Plus when you upgrade to JRE 17.0.18 or later. This issue is resolved in UEM on-premises 12.22.1 QF 5 and 12.23 QF 3.
